I sure wish we could do a virtual slap. It's one of the worst comments sections I've seen. I wish it was as straight forward as having the newest comments on the top. At least I would know how to deal with that. Just go to the bottom and read up. Certainly not great, heck not even good; but at least it would make some sense.

The way it's currently setup is that the newest comments get posted at the top; EXCEPT if it's a reply. No no, replies are handled completely different, a new reply gets placed at the bottom of the reply chain. So, in order to make any sense out of the comments on this website we need to:
1) scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
2) Does the comment look indented?
a1) Yes? Proceed to Step 3
a2) No? Goto Step 4
3) Scroll up to the comment you haven't already read that shows no obvious indentation
4) Have you read this comment?
a1) Yes? Goto to Step 3
a2) No? Proceed to Step 5
5) Read Comment
6) Was that the top most comment?
a1) Yes? You're finished reading
a2) No? Proceed to Step 7
7) Have you already read the next lower comment?
a1) Yes? Goto Step 3
a2) No? Goto Step 5
 

I'd post a flow chart up here; but I can't post pictures or attachments. Needless to say, the madness they've created with their comments is insane. I can only hope that my favorite online website understands the insanity of the current setup and makes plans to fix it sometime soon.
