A friend showed me his Kodak Zi6 camcorder recently and I admittedly got all excited about HD pocket camera for just about $200. I did some research and found out Kodak is not the only one. There is Flip mino and Vado HD, too, the latter being my favourite. It's well designed, has great features, and is priced just right. Compared to Kodak it has fewer controls which is bad and good at the same time, but most importantly it comes with whooping 8GB of built-in memory - enough to store 4 hours of HD quality recording, according to the specs. Speaking of HD video quality - now, that looks great:
