Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time is considered by many to be the greatest game ever made. However, nothough confesses to never having completed Nintendo's classic, despite growing up an ardent Nintendo fan.
"I was now adult Link and completely taken aback by the transformation of Hyrule Castle," nothough writes. "I continued with my quest, whole-heartedly committed to the cause but by the time I’d gotten to the third dungeon as the adult Link, my attention waned... There was something about Link’s adventure on the N64, the most celebrated of games, that made me care less about gaming."
As this is only part one of a look at nothough's gaming habits, it doesn't arrive at any conclusions, but we're eager to find out why Ocarina Of Time had such a profound effect on the author.
