Wii: The newly released Mario Party 8 takes the No1 spot, displacing Wii Play w/ Remote, while EA’s Wii focus appears to be paying dividends as three of its games chart in a less than usual Nintendo dominated top ten.

Xbox 360: Halo 3 may not be No1 this week but the three editions of the Bungie shooter set to be available September 25 all chart based on pre-orders. They make up five of six first party titles in a the top ten that includes Shadowrun, released today, which ushers in the Games for Windows era.
