I really enjoyed the 2 GRAW's that came out. The SP was quite good but then cover and all that shiz was new then, so it might be a little ordinary now?
The co-op multiplayer was excellent though and I met lots of extremely nice people from all over the world playing it.

I'm not sure at all about this. They seem to have had an extremely protracted development process and there are still a few scenes in that trailer that look ripped straight from the previous games. The additions might be interesting in the campaign, but invisibility and drones will likely be torture in an on-line MP (if there is one).
I'd have preferred a return to the style of the oldbox games, I suppose that was never likely.
Steve Blum? That guy is doing voice in everything these days. Probably leaves Nolan North choking on his verbal dirt.

Don't we all. It's just too much of a risk for big devs to make that kind of game now. Need to leave it up to the indies. That said, the new Jagged Alliance isn't even turn based now. Dunno what the world is coming to.
Watched the railer last night and I have to say that I'm quite looking forward to it. I completely understand the reservations regarding the possible COD-ifying of the game.....but I have faith in Ubisoft to deliver. For me, the tension always came from the incredibly low health (one or two shot deaths) and the squad control. As long as they have that in, which I will be surprised if it isn't, then I will be happy.
I am definately looking forward to some different environments too. Will be a nice change from Mexico.

They're doing one of those betas where you need to hunt around for a code, but there's obviously plenty knocking about. Adblock probably needs to be off when you check the sites listed in the above link, I used a genuine e-mail, but it doesn't look necessary.
I got sent a code today, I think most likely from creating an Ubisoft account when playing Ass. Creed 2. If you create an Ubi account today it may send you one.

I was emailed a code direct from Ubi today.
I need the Splinter Cell Conviction disc to access it though, I can't remember if I traded that game back in or not.

Seems the email from Ubisoft the other day wasn't just advertising so I've retrieved my code from the deleted folder and will hopefully give it a shot tonight after Celebrity Juice! How big's the download?
Anyone after a code, there are a bunch of sites with special ads that are giving 'em away.
Its also worth nothing, that you don't actually need the SC:C disk in the tray to play it, so if you can blag a copy just for the download link you'll be fine.
Ha, I loaded the disc up, started the DL and then got sucked into stalking people and headshotting fools in Splinter Cell itself. Cracking game it was too.
Gamertag: sgt pantyfire PSN: pantyfire Wii: What's yours?...Yeh thought so.
I've played 4 matches. It's pretty good. Obviously smells alot like a 3rd person COD, but they had no choice if they're trying to reel in the masses (which we know won't happen).
I'd be buying it for co-op anyways. Also, i miss GRAW2 good ol' days! ;(
any ps3 players got this?
not sure i can be botherd with it cos i didn't really like graw2 (the hud stuff and 10 year olds screaming abuse when they lose, that were a long time ago though)
bettewr question would possibly be 'any of the ps3 crowd still here'?
[Raiziel once typed.] davie's such a lovely guy. He's too nice for this forum.
Can't see it right now. Is it in game?
Be nice if they nail terrorist hunt. Might make Perm happy too.
Ghost Rainbow 6: Splinter Cell.
Invisible snipers in multiplayer is a genius idea too.
I did like the look of the synchronised headshots though. Terrorist hunt was brilliant.

There's no caveat to mine, just download the beta and await its activation. I'm actually quite looking forward to it as a viable alternative to BF3.

You don't need a code if you still have SC:C, you just download it off the titlescreen.
See ya tomorrow.

Deniable Ops in co-op is fuckin awesome!
SC:C as a package is well underrated. Especially considering it was in everyones bargain bin for £6.

Only tried a few of the co-op missions but at the end didn't you
