Couldn't be bothered to search more than 4 pages back to see if this has it's own thread. And if it doesn't, it bloody well should have. Absolutely loving this. A big, dumb, silly, laugh out loud funny slap in the face to all those po-faced military shooters. Come on folks, don your rollerskates and flying capes, grab a rocket launcher and join me on the PS3 version. Love it to bits. Will be even better when they sort out the matchmaking and bugs though!!!

I remember first hearing about it I thought what a cracking idea for an MP shooter. Alas all the reviews turned me off of it. Plus I think i've played TF 2 so much over the years it's deadened me to team based shooters now. Only one upcoming i'm interested in is Tribes: Ascension.

I've read the reviews and most miss the point completely. It's supposed to be both dumb and fun. It's not supposed to be CoD and shows no intention of being it, which is a very good thing because CoD is now, officially, boring the saggy tits off of me. Marmite for sure, but I'm on the "love it" camp with GCI marmite smeared all over my face. Besides, a Metacritic of 76% is hardly lousy.

I think it was the Rock Paper Shotgun review that put me off. Not being CoD could only be a good thing and the reviewer seemed to think the same.
