Okay. There's a lot of odd white spaces. I'm sure that there should be images appearing under the 'articles - columns - news' but just now it's a big white gap. Too many new media gadgets and clutter but I suppose that's just the way things are these days. On a positive note at least it doesn't make me pray for sudden blindness like this place does. I haven't read any of the features yet. I'll save them for when I need to cheer myself up. I wonder if your forum will have the basic functions of paragraph breaks, quoting and images at launch?
Oh. I see you are just linking stories from other sites alongside your more bloggy outpourings. So is it a news and reviews site or a blog in disguise?

there have been a few tweaks, and online integration with the magazine is a step forward. it is hoped that a user generated magazine can come out of this, where users can dictate as to what they want to read, and where the best writers can gain recognition.
the site is still in the early stages, and there are a few things i am not sure about (such as the integration of rss feeds - which is probably a mis-step but it ensures that the site gets the latest content when it has so few contributors at this stage), but as gremill would say, (i hope) "it's the future".

i know what i'll do. i'll just follow the crowd, with its mob menality and baseless popularity contests. i won't write a column. i won't make a magazine. i won't attempt a podcast. i won't dare to stick my neck out unlike most gamers who'd rather seek shelter in their safe little houses. and maybe then i'll be "rewarded", be printed in a "videogame bible" that's past its sell by date, and find my place alongside all those "cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat” .
