Of the 5 games on offer, 3 of them I already had so kind of forcing my hand and took inFamous and Dead Island.
First impressions of inFamous are good although I was a bit tiddly when playing it last night.
Dead Island I havent gone for yet..

For some reason I've only been able to get one game (I've tried the settings > free game stuff, it's telling me I have '0' downloads left).
I went for WipEout HD. I'm not a huge fan of the series but I already own LBP.
Dead Island. I wish.

Ratchet and Clank: The Quest for Booty
I'm novicing the former and normalling the latter. Surprised R+C doesn't have trophy support, though. Even more surprised it's 3 years old. Already owning InFamous and LittleBigPlanet pretty much made my options up. I wasn't going to touch Dead Island.
WipeoutHD is Wipeout. The rubber band nature of the racing makes me realise why Studio Liverpool continue to churn out Motorstorm bangers. Zone mode is where it's at, though.
Ratchet and Clank is quite gorgeous, although I'm not as knocked back as I was when Crack in Time (?) came out.
I have Japanese/UK and US accounts on same machine. Downloaded infamous and wipeout from UK, but could only get 1 game from US (Dead Nation). Similar problem to Optimark.
I got 3 hours of pain and frustration.
I went with Wipeout and inFamous. Still downloading the second, but WipeoutHD always seems wrong to me - the crafts don't control exactly like 2097, and this annoys me greatly. Free though...

I like Dead Nation and have only had a few minutes on InFamous so far. It looks okay for an old game and 2 will be out soon.

I think I'm going to go for Dead Nation and either Ratchet And Clank or Wipeout HD.

i got infamous and RaC (no trophy support by the way) from my EU account, and LBP , Wipeout from mu US account,
in trhis case no online in LBP, its probably region locked:(
I got LBP but don't seem to be able to get back in for a second game. I have R&C and the basic Wipeout so will prob just buy the upgrade and get one of the other games but I'm not sure which. Anybody have trouble downloading Burnout Paradise on Playstation Plus? Mine got stuck at 50%.
I took everything bar Ratchett and Clank - My Canadian account worked fine.
My wife had a lovely play with LBP. Her face during the intro was amazing.
It's fiddly getting back in for the second game but it can be done, Googling it should bring up a result fairly quickly.
Went for Wipeout, which from the first few hours seems to be one of the best games I've played on PS3, plus Dead Nation. The latter is good fun in co-op but don't think I'd enjoy it as much on my own. Very cool way of doing the online leaderboards though, which I found more impressive than the game itself.
I'm disgusted so many of you have not invested in Wipeout before this point.
It was always easily one of the best games available.
PSN is down, so I'm not getting anything today.
But I'll go for Wipeout and Ratchet when it's been maintenanceized. First one coz iz cool innit, second one for secret, dirty reasons.
I got Infamous and Dead Nation as I already had all the other games. I also picked up LBP and Modnation for PSP, although I don't know when I'll get round to playing them. Played a bit of Infamous and I quite like it. Not too sure about Dead Nation, found the controls quite fiddly and am a bit done with the whole zombie vibe after many hours plouged into LEFT4DEAD.
R&C will do for a dry spell sometime. Not overly enthused but the game is very pretty and platforms well, a little challeging at some points.

I went for infamous, which I have been meaning to get around to playing since it launched. So I was pretty chugged to pick it up for free. Other choice was R&C since I have the other titles on offer.
Sony really are the best, mwah. A tun of happiness for them, a plague on their enemies, may the tongues of hackers turn to pustulous eels in their very mouths.
Grabbed Infamous out of curiosity and updated Wipeout to Fury.
Then discovered Superstardust HD was part of the US' welcome back package so logged into my US account and grabbed that and Dead Nation.

Only two games I didn't own, inFamous and Dead Nation. The former annoys me as I still had a save file from when I owned the disc version and it won't use it. The latter is inconsequential. Fun for a freebie, but not particularly memorable. Can't believe it came from the same studio as Super Stardust though.
Accidentally deleted my yankbeard account, can't remember my passward or email address. No Yank games for me. Oh well, Picked up infamously and Dead Nation. Wouldn't have bought either of them. Enjoying the Octopus thing off Plus though. Japan store still down, HK psn totally down. Wonder if there'll be any extras from over there?
I didn't own Dead Nation and I sold Infamous a while back before finishing it so I got those and for the PSP I got Modnation Racers and LBP but currently my card isnt big enough to put them on it :( I'm going to correct that this week.
@cocko: Hustle Kings is going to be in English on the HK store, there's also some sort of mad rubbish bin game.

PS3 PlatoonOh FFS, got InFamous on the ps3 (Bas is playing, I got more interesting games to play) and couldn't get Dead Nation, didn't bother to look up how I get that one.
Decided today I want my free PSP games, after an update (who'd have guessed that?) I try to sign in only to be told my password is incorrect. I've forgotten it already. Hmpf, don't think I would actually play ModNation or LBP, but that's not the point.
(And what is this stupid blue bar on the bottom of the page, it grows everytime my mouse accidently slides over it.)
I have two accounts, so I was able to get inFamous, which I've been playing and enjoying quite a bit. Along with Dead Nation and Wipeout HD+Fury.
since i already own (the magnificent) wipeouts and little big planet, i'm left with the choice of infamous and dead nation which i don't want.. so i got nothing.. i did get free plus for a month but did not really try it out yet.. welcome back..
@IR: THat'd be Trash Panic? It's OK. Not amazing, but quite good fun.
