Role

Juice Games is looking for an experienced and creative individual with a proven AAA pedigree to drive the creative vision, style and processes for an unannounced arcade racing game.

Key responsibilities:

-          Work alongside senior management to ensure that the team share the creative vision.

-          Interact with management and peers in other disciplines regarding shared objectives, progress and milestones.

-          Act as leader, mentor and role model. Capable of providing training, guidance and leadership to less experienced employees.

-          Work alongside peers and Project Managers to ensure that production of art is on track and in line with project targets and expectations.

Essential knowledge and skills:

-          You must have eight or more years of progressively complex games industry experience and will have completed multiple development projects most typically in a role of major responsibility (e.g. Lead Artist)

-          A familiarity with competitor products, the broader game development industry and other traditional or new media creative influences must be demonstrated.

-          Experience in the creative development for console racing games would be an advantage.
