Associate Producer
Responsibilities:
· Assist Producer with managing the development of one game title from pre-production to release
· Manage scheduling, task prioritization and resource coordination
· Collaborate with team leads to create and deliver milestone schedules
· Continuously assess risk and develops risk-management strategies
· Assist the Producer in day to day operations in the development of the assigned game titles
· Foster positive working relationships, teamwork and communication within the development team
Qualifications:
· Project management experience
· Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong organizational skills, and the ability focus and to manage one's own time
· Ability to work within a team
· Willing to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
· Able to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Organized and self-starting
· Gamer with a passion for great gameplay, creativity, and innovation
· Must live in or be willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany
