Associate Producer

Responsibilities
•    Assist Producer with managing the development of one game title from pre-production to release
•    Manage scheduling, task prioritization and resource coordination
•    Collaborate with team leads to create and deliver milestone schedules
•    Continuously assess risk and develops risk-management strategies
•    Assist the Producer in day to day operations in the development of the assigned game titles
•    Foster positive working relationships, teamwork and communication within the development team

Qualifications:
•    Project management experience
•    Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong organizational skills, and the ability focus and to manage one's own time
•    Ability to work within a team
•    Willing to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
•    Able to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•    Organized and self-starting
•    Gamer with a passion for great gameplay, creativity, and innovation
•    Must live in or be willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany

Experience
•    Minimum of three years games development experience
•    Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Desirable skills:
•    Experiences with the Unreal Engine
