Brand Manager - Ubisoft

Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Brand Manager. Specifically, we are looking for an aggressive, consumer-oriented person who is interested in marketing video and PC games. The Brand Manager will work closely with marketing management to create strategically grounded Brand Development, Marketing Programs and Product Launches. The Brand Manager will report directly to the Group Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute overall marketing plans, strategies, communications, and launch schedules for specific console and PC product launches - to include all packaging, print & on-line advertising, direct & street marketing, sales materials, Public Relations and promotional campaigns targeted at retailers and consumers.
  • Manage “Services Groups” in Marketing & Communication plan execution: Public Relations, Promotions, TV, print & on-line media, web, Creative Services and outside agencies, merchandising, Sales, & Operations.
  • Complete product forecasting, manage P&L models, allocate, manage and track product budgets.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and complete post-mortem analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Champion programs and build successful partnerships with upper management, international & strategic marketing, development teams, licensors, and first party contacts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required
  • 3-5 years consumer product marketing experience
  • Strong leadership, creativity, attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and team management.
  • MBA in marketing or related field preferred and video game industry experience a plus!
