We seek a full-time brand manager for our upcoming video game projects. The role is based out of our Saddle River, New Jersey corporate headquarters and will report directly to our Director of Marketing, while working side-by-side with our marketing and community management team, product development and our external strategic partners.
The right individual for this role will be responsible for the stewardship of all video game brands assigned, maximizing their sales potential and value as franchises. This includes the successful positioning, promotion, awareness-building and -- through effective collaboration with all relevant partners -- ultimately the successful and profitable launch of the assigned products into retail and direct-to-consumer channels.

Job Description:- Collaboratively develop then execute the positioning, pricing, communications, PR, marketing and launch strategies.
- Manage our external PR team(s) to exhaust all opportunities for achieving overwhelmingly positive consumer, retailer and press awareness of our brands and company via traditional, guerilla, social media, viral and tradeshow vehicles.
- Lead and coordinate the creation of all promotional materials and presentations related to assigned brands. Manage all asset requests, status communication, approval and distribution.
- Strengthen, grow and support our relationships with co-marketing and other strategic partners to maximize promotional and co-marketing opportunities.
- Manage licensor and licensee relationships to ensure proper branding and adherence to their approval and marketing processes.
- Work with game producers and the marketing team to identify and optimize game features and translate into relevant USPs.
- Facilitate the ESRB/PEGI rating process for assigned titles.
Additional Requirements:- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing and public relations management experience, the majority within the video game industry space.
- Proven ability to successfully guide multiple single and multi-platform video game titles from inception to post-launch. Games for Windows, MMO, iPhone, XBLA, WiiWare and PSN experience strongly desired.
- 2+ years working with in-house art resources and external creative agencies to deliver compelling key art, sell sheets, print and online ads, pre-sales and retail packaging, press materials, trailers and other relevant marketing and promotional materials.
- 2+ years experience planning, buying or selling, executing and evaluating the effectiveness of promotional opportunities in the video game space.
- BA/BS in marketing or similar field strongly desired.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage internal and external resources and concurrent projects with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience organizing and supporting industry trade shows.
- Ability to support and conduct product demonstrations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for video games and emerging technology.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with particular emphasis on PowerPoint. Adobe Photoshop or similar program experience highly desired.
