Responsibilities:

• Lead a programming team through the entire development cycle
• Mentor junior programmers
• Establishing best-practices for the programming team
• Collaborating with leads from each discipline

Requirements:

• Strong object-oriented design skills and proficiency in C++ programming
• 5 years or more in software game development
• 2 years or more years in a senior role
• Experienced or interested in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• At least 2 shipped game console titles (example: Xbox360, PS3, Wii)
• BSc in Computer Science, SE or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• (Plus) Experience with game engines and middleware (example: Unreal, Gamebryo, Havok)
• (Plus) Experience leading and mentoring other engineers
