Job Description

Exent Technologies is looking to hire a director of game services to lead its game offering, web content and player loyalty activities for its free game service, line of business.
Exent enables service providers to deliver online video games services to their Internet users. Service providers may acquire the license to use the platform or out-source to Exent the operational and service management aspects of the service. Exent further enables the insertion and management of in-game advertising for digitally distributed and other online video games.

Exent is looking for a director of service management. The position includes responsibilities for 2 main fields:

1.    Game offering & Web Content – Mix optimization, Content strategy, Merchandising and promotion.
2.    Player Loyalty – Loyalty schemas & Gaming Community operation maximizing player life time value.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, augment and refine the customer contact strategy including customer retention & Ad inventory targets.
  • Establish framework for a robust loyalty schema
  • Develop strategy and plan for driving community engagement, participation and user to user interaction.
  • Hire and supervise the community manager and define the position’s different responsibilities in accord with the diverse mixture of the target audience
  • Organize and manage in-product and triggered messaging systems to ensure delivery of messages and identify development needs for improving our capabilities
  • Facilitate consumer research on retention, and marketing engagement
  • Ensure the content being produced is on brand, within the right tone of voice and is delivered on stated marketing and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve web site effectiveness by drilling into web analytics data.
  • Work with the Game Content department to achieve the optimal Game mix.

Requirements
  • 2 – 5 years Experience in the gaming industry
  • 3-5 years related marketing experience with consumer subscription programs, loyalty programs, customer rewards programs or discount buying programs
  • 2 – 5 years experience in team management.
  • 2 -5 years of related analytical experience, preferably within a Consumer Internet company.
  • Bachelors degree or higher. MBA preferred
  • Results-driven, organized, self-motivated, flexible, team player and able to work under tight deadlines and budgets
  • Strong writing skills for editing newsletters, web content, marketing collateral, and various promotional materials
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong intellectual and analytical capabilities plus a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong technical experience working with databases and reporting tools (Business Objects, etc) and Web Analytics tools (Adv. For Click tracks)
