Pan-European Interactive Moderators - Tempero

Tempero is the UK’s leading Interactive Moderation company and we are looking to fill a number of part-time Interactive Moderator roles. We are looking for moderators to work across a number of European languages – English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian (all applicants must be native speakers and have a high level of English). You will be required to moderate message-board forums and blogs across a number of large, high-profile gaming websites and you would need to have a keen enthusiasm / interest in gaming.
As part of a moderation team, you will be required to work across a rota system, including weekdays, evenings and weekends. Work will be conducted from our London offices as well as from home so a fast broadband connection and up-to-date computer is required.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Working experience within the moderation industry (preferred but not essential)
- Background / interest in gaming
- Excellent command of their native language; including text language and colloquialisms (with a high level of English)
- Thorough knowledge of the Internet and new media technologies
- Good computer proficiency skills
- The ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in order to support the team at all levels
You will be required to provide the highest quality moderation services at all times, ensuring the safest possible interactive environments for users of the site. You will work against a clear set of editorial and moderation guidelines, in addition to providing ongoing feedback and reporting on site statistics and user behaviour.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part Time
Salary: Hourly Rate Applies
