REALTIME WORLDS – creators of the no.1 hit game CRACKDOWN, are looking for a development Producer to join its team developing APB, an innovative and cutting-edge online title.

The Producer will work within an existing production team to drive the execution of plans, working alongside the project team leads to ensure the realisation of the project’s goals.

Responsibilities
• Drive creation of detailed plans.
• Facilitate clear communication of the project vision to a large development team and other stakeholders.
• Track progress to ensure that work done is relevant and timely.
• Provide ad hoc production support for project leads.

Qualifications Required
• Higher education – e.g. Degree.

Experience Required
• Previous development experience in a management role covering the complete development cycle.

Knowledge/Skills Required
• Self-directed and detail-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to a uniquely creative environment.
• Excellent organisational, problem solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of working cultures and processes.
