Product Marketing Manager Contract - Ubisoft

Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a contract Product Marketing Manager. Specifically, we are looking for an aggressive, consumer-oriented person who is interested in marketing video games. The Product Manager will manage a portfolio of products, and will focus on maximizing the sales of the entire portfolio. The Product Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of products and the respective brand managers to:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for a portfolio of video games and PC games
  • Strategically manage portfolio budget to maximize sales potential
  • Lead advertising efforts:
  • Print
  • Online
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Manage cross-functional groups in Marketing & Communication Plan execution: Public Relations, Promotions, Creative agencies, Sales, & Operations.
  • Complete product forecasting, manage P&L models, allocate, manage and track product budgets.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and complete post-mortem analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Champion programs and build successful partnerships with upper management, international marketing groups, development teams, and licensors.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required, MBA a plus
  • 8+ years consumer product marketing experience (4+ years post MBA)
  • Expertise in managing creative agencies on product packaging required.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and diplomacy.
  • Industry experience a plus
