Juice Games is looking for an experienced and creative environment artist with a proven AAA pedigree to design and create exciting urban and rural circuits for an unannounced arcade racing game.

 

You will work alongside Senior Environment Artists and report to the Lead Environment Artist and will be responsible for helping to drive the creative vision for the game's environments. You must be familiar with the design and creation of both rural and city environments for use in racing games. A passion for racing games is essential.

 

Essential knowledge and skills:

-          must be competent in 3D Studio Max and Photoshop

-          understand modelling, texturing, lighting, level design

-          able to share knowledge of tools and working processes with other team members.

-          ability to work alongside other disciplines to help develop in-house tool set.

-          experience of working with outsource partners

-          strong verbal and written communication skills

-           ability to work collaboratively in small empowered teams

-          professional art qualification

-          strong traditional and new media art skills demonstrated through portfolio

-          comprehensive understanding of next generation art techniques

-          you must have worked in a senior capacity on a minimum of three console titles including at least one AAA next-gen title.
