Harmonix has landed a deal with Columbia Records that will bring videogame-exclusive tracks from rock legends AC/DC to Rock Band.
The AC/DC Live: Rock Band Track Pack, available in the U.S. on November 2, will include 18 live tracks and sell for $39.88 on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii. The track pack will also be available for PS2 for $29.88.
The pack, along with AC/DC's upcoming album "Black Ice," will be available exclusively at Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and Walmart.com, according to The New York Times.
The Rock Band track pack amounts to over 99 minutes of music and includes:

The track pack will arrive in Europe, Australia and New Zealand in early December. It will retail in the U.K. for £29.99 and £19.99 on current-gen consoles and PS2, respectively. In Europe, it will cost €39.99 and €29.99 while in Australia the track pack will sell for $49.99 across all platforms.
The track pack will be compatible with Rock Band 1 and 2.
Is it only me who's excited by this? Why it can't be a DLC for the 360 and ps3 is beyond me though. Coz this is a bit steep for 18 songs. I'll still get it though coz I love AC/DC. *falls into coporate trap again*
