Blitz Games Studios’ 1UP label has signed three new titles, greenlit four more and appointed Neil Holmes as producer.
One of the latest titles to sign up with the label – which aims to help smaller teams get their games to market - is 3D puzzler Mole Control from new studio Remode Limited.
“The response to the programme has been fantastic,” said Chris Swan, the business development director for Blitz Arcade and 1UP. “Since we launched the label last November take-up has steadily increased, and we’re hugely excited with the new games and teams that we have lined up.”
Blitz 1UP will be a sponsor of the inaugural IndieVillage at this year’s GameCity Festival in Nottingham.
