Independent developer Bravo Game Studios (BGS) has officially announced it is open for business.
The studio, which is working on a number of unnamed projects for digital distribution platforms, is based in Seville, Spain, and has offices in the UK and Romania.
The developer currently employs 30 staff, but aims to grow its headcount to over 100 employees during 2010.
BGS has secured venture capital funding with the support of its two main shareholders, Spanish mobile solution providers Genera Interactive and Mobivery.
It is currently exhibiting at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week, and will do so at GDC in San Francisco next month.
