Capcom has confirmed release dates for a number of previously delayed titles, while announcing that it is to bring its popular Monster Hunter series to Xbox 360.
Co-op focused Lost Planet 2 will release for PS3 and Xbox 360 on May 18 in North America and Europe, and on May 20 in Japan, while Super Street Fighter IV for the same platforms will launch on April 27 in North America and three days later in Europe, featuring new characters, combos and online modes.
Monster Hunter Tri will be released for Wii in Europe and the US this April, while Dead Rising 2 has been pencilled in for a calendar 2010 release.
Capcom said in December that it was delaying the above games to "avoid competing with the major titles that other companies plan to introduce".
The Monster Hunter series will also make making an appearance on Xbox 360 via a port of 2007's PC MMO, Monster Hunter: Frontier Online. The subscription title will launch in Japan this summer but has yet to be confirmed for Europe or the US, according to CVG.
