The first Casual Games Conference has attracted nearly 500 game industry execs, according to its organizers.
Taking place over the next two days, in Seattle, Washington, the conference seeks to help developers, publishers and distributors in the web-games market.
"We are extremely pleased with the turn out for the first annual Casual Games Conference," said Christopher Sherman, executive director of organizer The Game Initiative. "Attendees include executives from game companies as far away as the United Kingdom, India, Norway, Korea, China and Australia."
