Codemasters has filed a complaint against Jumpgate Evolution developer NetDevil in the US Federal Court in San Francisco.
The court document, which is available to the public, seeks Codemasters’ $1.1 million investment to be returned along with legal fees and expenses relating to the project, which has faced a string of delays and was due to ship in 2009.
Codemasters is pursuing both NetDevil and its owner, Gazillion, for the breaches of contract which also seek reimbursement for resources spent developing online aspects of the European version of the game.
