Codemasters has recruited four industry veterans to the positions of senior vice president of publishing, vice president of marketing, vice president of finance and director of digital technologies.
Axel Herr, formerly managing director of THQ and Nintendo of Europe, will be charged with leading the company’s publishing business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in his role as senior vice president of publishing.
Alex Bertie, previously Electronic Arts’ European studios marketing director, will direct worldwide strategic and operational marketing as Codemasters’ vice president of brand and marketing.
Matt Jeffery (pictured) joins Codemasters as director of digital technologies. The former SCE platform development manager will manage future business opportunities for Codemasters’ technologies, such as its EGO Engine and the company’s digital delivery systems.
Previously UK finance director for Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Paul Martin will join Codemasters in September as vice president of finance.
