Electronic Arts’ The Sims 2: FreeTime tops the latest German and Swedish software charts, while the PSP version of Pro Evolution Soccer debuts at No1 in Spain.

As well as debuting at No1 in Germany and Sweden, PC exclusive The Sims 2: FreeTime entered the Spanish chart at No6. The title’s success helped PC games to secure nine entries across the three charts, ending the regular dominance of games for a single Nintendo platform. For the week ended March 2, eight games charted for DS, four for Wii, three for 360 and PS2, two for PS3 and one for PSP.
