IDG World Expo says the second  E For All Expo, held in Los Angeles over the weekend, attracted 15,000 visitors.

"E for All 2008 was all about connecting great game companies with gamers and gamers with great games, and we're happy to report that the event was a true success in this regard," said Mary Dolaher, Chief Executive Officer of IDG World Expo.

She added, “In addition to welcoming back great exhibitors, celebrity gamers and partners from last year, we added a number of new programs and special features for 2008 which truly added to the excitement and energy of the show. We want to thank everyone who participated in E for All 2008 and helped make it such a success."

The show offered a Game Developers Conference Game Career Seminar, and a "Gaming Bootcamp: Learn from the Pros," where participants learned video game tips and tricks from professionals such as Fatal1ty and GamingAngels.com. A range of tournaments were also held including the 2008 World Cyber Games national finals.

I went to it last year. It was interesting and fun, but it felt lacking. I'm glad to hear that the show is picking up steam.
