One of Nintendo's big announcements for its press conference, this sequel to the 2007 game features many of the same characteristics but with the obvious addition of Yoshi and what seems, in Nintendo's trailer, to be some kind of time slowing ability. It marks the first time a single generation has witnessed two 3D Mario games, but it's hard not to regret that it's not a completely new chapter in Mario's adventures. Then, he's done the world and then the galaxy, so where could he go next?
