New issue of Edge magazine out now

Our latest issue, in which we take a detailed look at Nintendo's Wii U console, should be in UK newsagents now.

This month's rather fetching double-wrapped cover features Nintendo's next great hope, Wii U. We go hands-on with the hardware and deliver our detailed thoughts. We haven't forgotten the rest of E3, though, and you'll find extensive coverage of the Californian show, along with additional game previews, in Knowledge.

Features on BioShock Infinite and the 2011 Classic Video Game Tournament are also present, along with all our usual columnists and a jam-packed Create section featuring Insomniac founder and CEO Ted Price, BorderlandsPandora and Just Cause 2’s grappling hook. And, of course, our usual round-up of reviews and previews complete the package, along with extensive Post Script features.

Take a look at the issue’s features, reviews and previews in detail on its magazine page, where you’ll also find links to buy or subscribe.

And for Zinio subscribers? Today or tomorrow? Just bought an iPad and subscribed, so I don't know the release schedule on there.

Or in three weeks as we say here in Sweden. I'd pay double to get it on release day. Wait, I already pay double...

We need to form a Nordic coallition! Go vikings! Go forth and slay the lazy Edge messenger... Ah fuck it. I'm too tired to even complain properly.

What, the Nordic Chart isn't enough to keep you occupied while you wait? We are genuinely sorry that Edge doesn't reach you closer to release date, though, but hopefully it's worth the wait, no?
As for Zinio, I'm afraid it's a different company so you'll have to check publishing dates with them.

Oh, the Nordic Chart is a (strange) treat indeed. But getting the mag anywhere close to when you Brit boys and gals get it would be wonderful. Rainbows and unicorn wonderful. Anything you can do to make that happen would be mucho appreciated and just might stop us from go horned helmet first berzerk on your office cubicle.

I agree, Nordic Chart is a funny addition, and a closer arrival regarding the magazine would be welcome as well.

Hear, hear. It has only gotten worse (it's more than two weeks late in Denmark) over time. A few years back it was only a week late, so what gives, Edge???

And why can't loyal Subscribers get the eZine for free, or at least with a hefty discount??? It's still the best mag out there for the price, but I'd happily pay an extra quid a month to get it sooner after release and/or access to the eZine.
