MMO publisher En Masse Entertainment has announced several new appointments, including veterans of the Halo, Dragon Age and Mass Effect series.
The company formed in February, telling us at the time that its remit was to bring "globally renowned" MMOGs to western audiences. It showed off its debut property, Tera, at GDC last month.
Aaron LeMay has joined the firm as creative services director, having previously overseen visual design, resource management and game production at Bungie and Volition, working on franchises including Halo, Saints Row and Red Faction.
Newly appointed lead writer David Noonan was formerly managing editor of the official Magic: The Gathering magazine, and helped manage the crew of writers who adapted NCsoft's Aion for North American and European audiences.
Matt Atwood, a public relations veteran with 15 years of experience including stints at Bioware, EA, Nintendo of America, 2K Sports and Capcom, has been named PR director.
Finally, Markus Schweig has been appointed network operations director. He’s credited with building the Xbox Live Operations Center and also served as CTO of Smith and Tinker.
“We want En Masse Entertainment to serve as a magnet for creative talent,” said CEO Dr. Jae-Heon Yang. “As we build toward the launch of Tera, we are adding veteran strength to all facets of the company to ensure a top-notch Action MMO experience for our customers.”
