The former head of Eidos parent SCi has gifted 1.9 million shares to a family member, according to a new regulatory filing.

Jane Cavanagh, the ex-CEO of SCi who stepped down amidst pressure from shareholders in January, gifted the shares to an unnamed family member on July 4.

The shares equal around £636,500 ($1.3 million) with Wednesday's closing price of 33.50p per share.

Cavanagh still has over 7.7 million shares in SCi, or 2.99 percent voting rights.
