The high-profile Xbox 360 action RPG Fable II will launch on October 21 at U.S. retail, and October 24 in developer Lionhead's U.K. homeland.
Release dates for the rest of the world will be announced in "coming months."
On August 13, Microsoft will be offering pre-ordering customers free access to Fable II "Pub Games." Gamers who don't pre-order can pay $10 to download the title via Xbox Live Marketplace.
The "casino-style" Pub Games title lets gamers earn gold and treasure prior to the game's release.
Microsoft is also releasing a limited edition Fable II package (pictured), which includes bonus materials.
Is that a mousepad?!? How 1995! That's definitely worth an extra $10.
