FIFA 09 had its biggest ever launch in the UK last week, with sales up 37.5% over last year. FIFA has knocked Star Wars: The Force Unleashed off the British top-spot.

According to Chart-Track, it's the third fastest selling game on Xbox 360 (after GTAIV and Halo 3), with Xbox 360 sales accounting for 42% of the total. PS3 accounted for 40% of sales followed by PS2 (11%) and PSP (3%).

With Star Wars: The Force Unleashed down to number 2, Ubi's Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway is at number 3. Disney's racer Pure is at at number 9, while various Wii and EA Sports titles make up the rest of the top ten.
