The first expansion pack for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be titled Dawnguard and launch on Xbox 360 this summer.
Today's announcement from Bethesda offered no further details, but the company said more information will be revealed at E3 in June.
Bethesda said last month that upcoming DLC will add “new quests, locations, features, and much more to the world of Skyrim”. Game director Todd Howard also said last year that he wants to release fewer but "more substantial" pieces of DLC for Skyrim than the studio has with previous titles.
The first two DLC packs for the sprawling RPG will be exclusive to Xbox 360 for 30 days from release.
Bethesda also launched Kinect support for the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim today. French, Italian, German, and Spanish versions are all in final testing and should be available in the next few weeks.
