Former EA Exec Joins Infogrames

Lyon-Franced based Atari parent Infogrames has hired on sales and distribution exec Jackie Fromion as head of the company's tentatively named "Distribution Partners" division.

Fromion will direct the "future strategy of the distribution company," Infogrames said on Monday.

Fromion has held sales and distribution and marketing positions with Coca-Cola, Fisher Price, Pillsbury/Brossard (concentrating on Haagen Daz distribution) and Yoplait, prior to joining EA, where he managed France, then Southern Europe and then led label brand development for The Sims.
