The former EVP of corporate marketing for retail giant Macy's is heading to the realm of videogames.
Brad Jakeman will join Activision Publishing in November in the newly-created position of chief creative officer.
He'll head up global advertising, media, marketing and consumer research for all Activision Publishing franchises.
The exec will report to Activision Publishing CEO Mike Griffith.
Jakeman had previously worked at Citigroup as managing director of global advertising. He had also held positions at global advertising firms.
