Kaio King Of Pirates, the 3DS action-RPG in development at Keiji Inafune's Intercept studio, was announced a few hours ago. In an unusual move, the game's debut trailer and official website have already been translated into English.
"I'm proud [to] present Kaio, my very first console game originated from my new company," Inafune writes in a post on the game's official site. "The story is set in the adventurous great ocean where heroes fight for their ambition, justice and their lives.
"There's still some work to be done before completion. Meanwhile, please watch the teaser trailer over and over and wait for Kaio patiently.
"All good things come to those who wait. I will not disappoint you."
Kaio King Of Pirates is a collaboration between Intercept and Marvelous AQL, and will be released next year.
