Infinium Labs, the company behind the currently non-existent Phantom gaming service, is opting to change its name to Phantom Entertainment.

A recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing reveals that the company will hold a special stockholder's meeting on July 13 in Tampa, Florida to vote on the name change.

According to the filing, Infinium's board of directors believes the name change "better reflects the long-term growth strategy of the Company."

Also included in the filing was the revelation that former CEO Kevin Bachus sued the company this past March for nearly $51,000 in unpaid wages and vacation pay. Infinium plans on fighting Bachus "vigorously."
