The new retail distribution deal for Jamdat will put its games in more than 5,000 RadioShack retail locations.

Consumers who use Sprint and Cingular and happen to shop at
RadioShack will now have the opportunity to buy six of Jamdat’s most
popular titles. Sales associates will walk consumers through the
download and install process using a new in-store web interface.

Pricing will range from monthly fees of $1.99 to $2.99 or one time charges of $5.99 or $6.99 per title.

"People
don’t view their wireless phones as mere communication tools anymore,"
said Don Carroll, RadioShack’s senior vice president, chief marketing
and brand officer. "They’re now looking for ways to customize and
expand their mobile experience, whether with ring tones, screen savers
or games. By combining the resources of mobile gaming pioneer Jamdat
Mobile and retail giant RadioShack, customers will find comfort in
knowing they’re getting the right selection of games at affordable
prices from a retailer that will take the time to walk them through the
purchase and downloading process."

"This affiliation with
RadioShack marks an important milestone for JAMDAT," said Mitch Lasky,
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JAMDAT Mobile. "The number of
people playing mobile games continues to grow tremendously. Making our
games available through more than 5,000 RadioShack stores will help us
bring the best in mobile entertainment to as wide an audience as
possible in a relatively short period of time."
