Sony has confirmed that SCE Worldwide Studios VP and London Studios boss Jamie MacDonald is to leave the firm at the end of the month.

As reported by Develop, MacDonald previously headed up Criterion Games before joining Sony and overseeing the launch of franchises including EyeToy, SingStar and The Getaway.

Sony confirmed the news to Edge today but chose not to comment further on MacDonald’s impending departure.
