Joe Danger: Special Edition will be released on Xbox Live Arcade next Wednesday, December 14, developer Hello Games has announced.
The game is an updated version of that which released on PlayStation 3 last year, with an extra ten to 15 hours of content. The bulk of that lies in The Laboratory, a set of developer missions, but the studio has also tweaked aspects of the PS3 release with which it wasn't satisfied.
Hello Games MD Sean Murray told us last month: "It's kind of the ultimate version of the original, with lots of extras. It's been really nice to go back to, and tinker, and hopefully make it perfect.
"It was well received at the time, but there was so much about that game I wasn't happy with."
A sequel, Joe Danger: The Movie, is also in production, with Hello Games targeting multiple platforms from the outset.
