Lego Indy’s return to No1 after a four week break was a very close call though - Wall-E, which benefitted from the film’s release, climbed 14 places to No2, managing just 46 sales fewer than the bestseller.
Last week’s No1, Nintendo’s Wii Fit, fell to No3, followed by fellow Nintendo Wii titles Wii Play, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Mario Kart Wii.
Sega’s Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games climbed three places to No7, while EA’s Battlefield: Bad Company fell three to No8. THQ’s second top ten entry, Big Beach sports, was down two places to No9, followed by last week’s No8, Activision’s Kung Fu Panda.
Guitar Hero: On Tour for DS, also from Activision, debuted at No11, just 57 units off a top ten placing.
