The PS3 RPG White Knight Chronicles, developed by Japan's Level-5, has garnered attention from gamers worldwide, but little has been said about a U.S. release.

However in a recent interview with GameTrailers, Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino allayed some fears that the game wouldn't be coming Stateside. "Whether or not the game will be launched in the U.S., yes, it should be, but the launch date has not been determined yet."

He added that the studio has yet to decide if U.S. gamers would be able to connect with Japanese gamers in White Knight's online mode.

Hino also commented on PS3 development, stating that creating a new game for a new platform is typically difficult, as was in the case of Sony's console, although his team's experience on White Knight will improve the development speed and quality of future games.
