Sperry, who officially joined Vyk Games (formerly Vykarian) on September 1, was previously CEO of Exit Games and was also a senior exec at HNC Software.
"As developers and publishers face increasingly higher costs with development projects and tighter deadlines to deliver a high quality product, there are many areas in which Vyk Games can help our partners achieve those goals," he said in a statement.
"Our intention is to help these companies develop great games, deliver on time and achieve higher profit margins."
As an outsourcing company, Vyk Games offers videogame art, design and development services to help partners reduce development costs.
