Luxoflux is currently developing the Xbox 360 and PS3 version of the movie licensed game Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Activision said Friday.
Luxoflux is the Activision-owned studio that appeared on the development scene with 1998's car combat game Vigilante 8. Most recently, the studio developed the movie tie-in Kung Fu Panda and Vigilante 8: Arcade for Xbox Live Arcade.
DreamWorks and Paramount Pictures' Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, sequel to the 2007 blockbuster, is slated to hit theaters later this year.
Travellers' Tales, now owned by Warner Brothers, developed the last Transformers movie game.
As for other platforms, Beenox is developing Revenge of the Fallen for PC; Krome is handling Wii and PS2 versions; Vicarious Visions is handling the DS; and Savage Entertainment is working on the PSP version.
