Citing reduced overhead and advertising spend, the company swung from a loss of 131 million yen ($1.5 million) during the same period last year to a profit of 71 million yen ($830,000), according to Silicon Era.
That’s despite a year-over-year sales decline of 55 per cent for the three months, during which the firm released three titles in Japan - a Hitman Reborn game, No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise and Ikki Tousen: Xross Impact.
