Publisher THQ said Wednesday that Paul J. Pucino would become EVP and CFO, officially replacing Colin Slade, who's been on indefinite medical leave since November last year.

Prior to THQ Pucino was EVP and CFO of United Online's Classmates Media Corporation. He was also CFO of Internet services firm Digital Insight, and also held the CFO position at Tekelec.
