Gamers will be able to play as the the two politicians. Footage on X-Play (below) showed Palin sporting a bazooka and Obama climbing onto a tank turret, fighting a grenade away from the enemy tank's pilot, and then chucking the grenade back into the tank's cockpit at the demise of the pilot.
The tongue-in-cheek game is set in 2010 in a war-torn Venezuela. It makes references to private military companies, oil-fueled wars and nuclear war.
Pandemic's Tom Stratton told X-Play that considering the game's close ties with real-world issues, "It only makes sense we inject the game with a spin on current affairs. The timing was too good to let pass."
No word on a release date for the DLC, and absolutely no sign of Republican presidential hopeful and war vet John McCain.
