Prepare for Spore
Spore has gone gold, and will be ready for its September release date, Electronic Arts said Thursday.
The Sims creator and Spore lead man Will Wright originally unveiled the life "simulation" title back in 2005.
The game is slated to arrive over three years later on September 5 in Europe and September 7 in North America and Asia Pacific for Mac and PC.
Also arriving on September 7 is Spore Creatures for Nintendo DS and Spore Origins for Mobile.
Spore revolves around evolutionary concepts, and has players raising a "creature" from a single-celled organism to a space-faring civilization.
I really don't think spore is going to be as huge as everyone is saying. We'll see, PC and Wii only??? Strange platform decisions if you ask me. The game has no blood or prostitutes, it won't garner much (if any) negative press.
Spore, and therefore EA, better watch out.

This is the only game coming out that's any good, you're right...(sarcasm).
The only sad part is, I don't have much left to anticipate after this!
